Im in my 20′s and already have a 5 yr old boy (from a previous relationship), and I want to try to have another boy (with my current partner). My partner already has a daughter and I was wondering if that is proof that his sperm favors X chromisome? Or something like that… We both really want another son and are looking for any help/advice we can get in conceiving a boy.
